If El Nino Comes

I woke up to go to school today and while on my way, I noticed thick clouds gathered over the sky, a specific reminder of the story going on on Radio and TV; El Nino. The Kenya Meteorological Department and everyone else including my Parents have been saying it for Months now. This story bothers me so much. The reason it bothers me, is because My Class room is Made of mud and Its almost Falling.

My class mates may not know this, but it bothers me. I love going to school with them, I have personal/ Academic, Social and Economic ambitions too. I never desire to have them inturrupted at all.

My Concern is: What will Happen if El Nino Comes?

If El Nino Comes, Our Class will Fall

If El Nino Comes,Our School will be Flooded

If El Nino Comes, My class mates will not find a place to study.

If El Nino Comes, We will be Sick and we might Die.

If El Nino Comes, Who will rescue Us?

If El Nino Comes, Where will our hopes Come from?

Dear Heavenly Father, May you Stop the El Nino from Falling on Us. Instead send Us A destiny Helper; to help Us cement the Walls and make our Class room better.  Father Hear the Prayer of your children. For this is Our Hope Dear Lord. Do not let the El Nino Fall on Us. Amen

Because We Care

Have you ever stopped to wonder about a Lonely Child, a sick Child, and Orphaned Child, a Street Child or Even Just a child with every possible resource to make Him or Her happy in Life? Most children out there fall into this category.

We care so much about those children, We Love them, We embrace them and We have them. At the Linda Care Educational Center, Every Category of a Child can be found. ; All we do is to Clothe them, Feed Medicate them, Educate & Nurture them and Shelter them.  There are over 100 Children in this Center from Baby Care to standard four. They come from every Corener of Kibera to find Hope and to Prepare for a better future but why? Because here we have gathered to celebrate the African Child in a Unique way. We
